Twenty years and going strong! The Barony House restaurant opened with a desire to have real homemade food and good people serving. Van High, owner, says "we continue that tradition."
The original emphasis of local Southern cooking was born from the influence of Sarah Motte, the High family's cook for over 40 years. Many of the recipes are still used today. The menu continues to change to meet the expanding food market and interest of customers.
